Ingredients
1 egg
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 tablespoon of yeast
Lemon juice and/or vanilla essence to taste (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl add the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla essence and/or lemon juice to taste and mix well until it doubles in size.Â
Add the milk and mix well.Â
Add the wheat flour and mix to homogenize.
- Add the yeast and mix well, so that the dough is smooth and uniform.Â
Evenly distribute the dough in cupcake tins and bake for approximately 30 minutes to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢. - Carefully remove the cupcakes from the oven, allow them to cool to room temperature and they are ready to serve.
