Ingredients
2 liters of filtered water
2 cauliflower leaves
2 lemons
1 piece of ginger (approximately 40 grams)
Directions
- In a container put 1/2 liter of water and the ginger cut into slices.Â
Book for approximately 30 minutes. - Remove and discard the stalks of the cabbage leaves, chop the vegetable into strips and transfer to the blender.Â
Add the water with slices of ginger and beat very well. - Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard the pomace.Â
