1 box of cream
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of chocolate powder (if it is chocolate, do not add sugar)
Directions
- In a pan add the cream, chocolate powder, sugar, butter or margarine and bring to a boil.Â
Stir constantly for a few minutes, until it boils and the mixture has the consistency of brigadeiro. - After the chocolate coating thickens, turn off the heat.Â
