During the afternoon of Super Bowl 2023, the first trailer for The Flash of DC y Warner Bros. and immediately afterwards, the studios released more promotional material for the film, which has suffered more than one setback, although everything seems to indicate that its premiere on the big screen is imminent and its final date is June 16 of this year.
The trailer gave us a look at the Flashpoint-inspired story, plus the return of Ezra Miller as Flash, and the first glimpses of sasha street as Supergirl, and the long-awaited return of Michael Keaton as Batman – his last appearance was in Batman Returns from 1992–.
These three actors are the ones who take center stage in the character posters that highlight Keaton’s traditional outfit –with the yellow insignia–, and Calle in a new outfit.

“Worlds collide in “The Flash” when Barry uses his superpowers to travel through time and change the events of the past. As we saw in the Super Bowl trailer, Barry will deal with the consequences of trying to save his mother’s life – against the advice given by Ben Affleck’s Batman in the trailer – which has a butterfly effect down the line. current temporary. This means that General Zod (Michael Shannon) was never defeated in Man of Steel, metahumans don’t exist, and Superman has been replaced by Supergirl (this story comes from the comic Flashpoint). That is why Keaton’s Batman reappears to help multiple versions of The Flash and fix the timeline.
