1 kg of potatoes
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
3 tablespoons of butter (60g)
1 tablespoon of olive oil or oil
1 small onion, diced (115g)
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon cilantro or chopped parsley
black pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup whole milk (120ml)
Directions
- In a pan, add 1 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut in half;
- Add water to cover the potatoes;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt (to taste);
- Cook over medium heat until the potato is well cooked and soft;
- Drain the water;
- Mash the potatoes with a fork or masher;
- In a pan, add 1 tsp of olive oil or oil;
- Add 1 small onion cut into cubes (115g);
- Let it fry a little;
- Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
- Mix and fry the garlic a little;
