Ingredients
3 a 4 bananas
2 whole eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 level spoon (dessert) of salt
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste
Directions
- Cut the bananas into strips or slices.Â
In a baking dish greased with butter or margarine and sprinkled with powdered cinnamon and sugar to taste, arrange the bananas side-by-side with the cut side facing down.Â
Sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste over the bananas. - Add the sugar, eggs, salt, oil to a bowl and mix.Â
Gradually add the wheat flour and milk, interspersing the two, and stir very well.Â
Finally add the baking soda and stir again to homogenize. - Pour the dough over the banana pieces and bake the cake for approximately 35 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.Â
Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature or in the fridge.Â
Unmold by passing a knife on the sides to make it easier and the banana cake is ready to serve.
