Apple Cake with Oatmeal

Ingredients
4 medium apples, peeled and seeded
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of oat flour
1 cup (tea) wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Cinnamon powder to taste (optional)
Directions
- Chop the apples into cubes and transfer to a blender.Â
Add the sugar, eggs, oil, ground cinnamon to taste (optional) and beat until the apples are completely crushed. - In a container add the oat flour, wheat flour and mix well.Â
Pour the blender mixture and mix well.Â
Add the baking powder and stir more to dissolve. - In a greased shape with oil and wheat flour pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Unmold the oatmeal apple cake onto a serving platter or plate after it has cooled to room temperature and the recipe is ready to serve.
