Ingredients
200 grams of beef
200 grams chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1.5 liter of boiling water
1/2 teaspoon of black sesame
1/2 cup chives (chopped)
1 finely grated carrot
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons of oil
2 cups leek (chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions
- Add the boiling water in a bowl, add the beef and stir with a fork to separate the strands from the noodles.Â
Let rest for 2 minutes, drain and rinse under running water to cool.Â
Then drain again and reserve the pasta.
- Heat half the oil in a large skillet over high heat, add the chicken strips and sauté until tender and lightly browned, stirring constantly.Â
Season with salt, mix and transfer the chicken to a separate container.Â
In the same skillet, heat the oil and sauté the carrots and garlic for about 3 minutes, or until al dente. - Season with salt, add the chicken, the beef and mix well.Â
Finish by adding the sesame oil, the chopped chives and the black sesame, mix well and the steak is ready to serve.
