Ingredients
4 bananas
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of dulce de leche
2 cups of flour (wheat)
2 cups (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon (dessert) yeast
1 cup (tea) milk
1 cup sugar (for the caramel)
1/2 cup (tea) of water
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, milk to the blender and blend for about 2 minutes.
Add 2 cups (tea) of sugar, beat a little more and add the wheat flour gradually while continuing to beat.
Add the yeast and beat on low speed until the dough is homogenized. - Add 1 cup (tea) of sugar in a shape or roast, take it to the fire and stir constantly until it melts.
Add the water and let it melt until it forms a caramelized syrup.
Cut the bananas and line the bottom of the mold with them.
Then pour the dough on top.
Add the spoons of condensed milk to the dough. - Bake the banana cake in the oven preheated to 180º₢ for approximately 40 minutes, or until lightly browned on top and sides.
- Remove the banana cake from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit and the recipe is ready.
