2 cabbage leaves
1 lemon juice
250 ml of water
Sweetener to taste (optional)
- Place the washed kale and mint leaves, lemon juice, water and sweetener to taste (optional) in a blender.
- Whisk the ingredients for a few minutes, until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add ice to taste, strain if you prefer and the kale juice is ready to serve.
