Ingredients
250 grams of hominy
400 grams of dulce de leche
1 box of sour cream
2 cups of milk (tea)
Directions
- Soak the hominy covered in water in a container for at least 8 hours.Â
Drain the water and place the hominy in the pressure cooker to cook for between 40 and 60 minutes after getting pressure. - Transfer the cooked hominy to another pan and add the milk, dulce de leche and cream.Â
Mix constantly while cooking on low heat until creamy and turn off the heat.Â
Add more milk if needed. - Serve the hominy hot or leave the dessert in the fridge for a few hours before serving and the recipe is ready.
