This cassava soup is irresistibly creamy and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of cassava

  • 5 pieces of Tuscan sausage

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 2 cups kale (chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons of pork lard

  • 1 broth and 1/2 of vegetables

  • 1 piece of chopped white onion

  • 1 piece chili pepper, chopped without seeds

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut the peeled cassava and place in a pressure cooker with water until it covers the vegetable broth. 
    Cook for 25 minutes after getting pressure. 
    Take the pressure off the pan, wait for it to cool down a little and transfer to the blender. 
    Beat well and set aside.
  • Add the lard in a pan and fry the sausages. 
    Remove and cut into slices. 
    In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, garlic and chili pepper.
  • Pour the manioc broth and the sliced ​​sausages. 
    Add the chopped cabbage, salt to taste, mix well and the cassava broth is ready to serve.
