For your cream of chicken to be very creamy and tasty, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the instructions in the preparation method.


  • 1 kg of chicken breast

  • 2 box of sour cream

  • 1 can of corn

  • 200ml of coconut milk

  • 2 chicken broth tablets

  • 200g pitted olives

  • Half cup of corn starch

  • Half cup of milk

  • Onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato, garlic, cumin, black pepper, paprika, parsley (to taste)


  • In a pressure cooker, add oil;
  • Add onion, pepper and crushed garlic (to taste);
  • Add chopped tomato and let it sauté a little;
  • Add 1 kg of boneless chicken breast;
  • Add salt, cumin, paprika and black pepper to taste;
  • Add green smell;
  • Cover with water;
  • Add 2 tablets of chicken broth;
  • Cook for 30 minutes;
  • Remove the broth and shake the covered pan to shred the chicken;
  • Add the broth to the blender and blend;
  • Add half a cup of cornstarch;
  • Add half a cup of milk;
  • Knock again;
  • In a pan, add the shredded chicken and the broth;
  • Add 1 can of corn;
  • Add 200g of pitted olives;
  • Add 2 box of sour cream;
  • Add 200ml of coconut milk;
  • Turn on the fire and mix until it boils;
