Chocolate cake without milk
Surprise yourself with the result of this milk-free chocolate cake!
100 ml of oil
200 ml of water
2 cups of flour (wheat)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 cup cocoa powder or chocolate powder
- Add the eggs, water and oil to a stand mixer and beat for about 2 to 3 minutes, until foam is tripled in size.
Add the sugar and beat some more.
Turn off the mixer and add the wheat flour.
Turn it on again and beat for a few minutes.
- Add the chocolate or chocolate powder and beat well.
Add the yeast and stir until the mass is homogenized.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 250º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes, until it is well risen, fluffy and dry inside when inserted into a toothpick.
- Wait for the cake to cool to room temperature after carefully removing it from the oven and unmold it onto a plate or platter.
Cut and serve the chocolate cake as you prefer.
