Ingredients
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
1 can or box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- Place the eggs, condensed milk in a bowl and mix a little.
Add the butter or margarine, the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix until the dough is homogenized. - Grease a baking sheet with butter and sugar, pour the dough into it and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Unmold the condensed milk cake on a platter or plate after cooling to room temperature and the recipe is ready.
