300 grams of cream
3 whole eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 cup (tea) full of sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the eggs and sugar, beat for about 3 minutes with a mixer or hand mixer and add the cream.Â
Beat for another 3 minutes, add the wheat flour, salt, yeast and mix with a spoon until homogenized. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish, place it in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove the cream cake from the oven and wait to cool at room temperature.Â
