Corn cream perfectly accompanies rice, chicken and several other food options to your liking!


  • 1 box of cream (200 grams)

  • 1 can of canned corn (200 grams)

  • Milk (1 measure of corn can)

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • Straw potato to taste (optional)

  • Salt to taste


  • In a blender add the drained corn, milk, corn starch and salt to taste. 
    Blend until the corn is completely crushed and set aside. 
    Melt the butter or margarine in a pan, add the onion and stir well until lightly fried.
  • Add the blender mixture to the pan and mix constantly until it starts to disgrace from the pan. 
    Add cream to the pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Turn off the heat, serve the corn cream on dishes of your choice, finish by adding straw potatoes to taste (optional) and the recipe can now be served with the accompaniment of your choice.
