Ingredients

  • 18 noodle nests

  • 1 medium calabrese sausage , chopped

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce

  • 1 large chopped onion

  • 1 large chopped tomato

  • 4 minced garlic cloves

  • salt to taste

  • chopped chives to taste

Directions

  • Fry the chopped pepperoni in a large pan over medium heat until golden. 
    Add the chopped onion, garlic cloves and tomato, tomato sauce and salt to taste.
  • Add approximately 2 liters of water, until the entire contents of the ingredients occupy a little more than 2/3 of the pan.
  • Add the noodle nests to the pan and cook until al dente. 
    Turn off the heat, add the cream, the chopped chives and mix well with a spoon. 
    Then serve the creamy pasta.
