Coconut Manjar with Plum Syrup is a dessert that cannot be missing at the end of the year festivities!

Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 can condensed milk (395 grams)
1 cup cornstarch (110 grams)
200 grams of sour cream
200 ml of coconut milk
Oil or butter for greasing
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 to 3 carnations
500 ml of water
150 grams of pitted dried black plums
Directions
- In a vase add the corn starch, milk and mix well.Â
Add condensed milk, coconut milk, cream, milk and stir well.Â
Add the cornstarch and milk mixture, bring to a boil and stir constantly. - Lower the heat when the mixture begins to thicken and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.Â
Wait for the mixture to cool down and transfer to a pudding form greased with oil or butter.Â
Cover and leave the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. - To make the syrup, place the water, sugar, cinnamon, star anise and cloves in a clean pan.Â
Add the pitted prunes, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.Â
Book and wait for the syrup to cool down. - Unmold the delicacy onto a platter or plate, finish by placing the syrup with the prunes on top of the dessert and the delicacy is ready to serve.
