Easy and quick, this cake without eggs is fluffy and tastes beyond delicious!
350 ml of milk
3 cups of flour (wheat)
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
- In a bowl add the melted butter or margarine, the sugar and stir until it forms a paste.
Add the milk, wheat flour and mix well.
Add the baking powder and mix until the dough is homogenized.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape and bake for approximately 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Carefully remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
Unmold if you prefer and the egg-free cake is ready to serve.
