Ingredients
1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) tapioca
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon chia (optional)
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
3 tablespoons of ricotta
Salt to taste (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca, ricotta, cottage cheese, olive oil, chia, grated Parmesan cheese and salt to taste (optional) until you form a consistent, smooth and uniform dough.
- Using a spoon, take small portions of the dough, shape the buns with sanitized hands and arrange them side-by-side on a preferably greased baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the fit cheese buns for approximately 25 minutes, or as soon as they are lightly browned on the outside.
- Wait for the cheese buns to cool a little before removing them from the pan and they are ready to serve.
