Ingredients
100 ml of coconut milk
150 grams of grated coconut
1 box of condensed milk
1 cup (tea) of water (240 ml)
2 cups of sugar (tea)
2 tablespoons of alcohol vinegar (20 ml)
Directions
- In a pan put the grated coconut, coconut milk and mix well.Â
Add the condensed milk and stir constantly over medium heat until the candy easily disengages from the pan when using a spoon. - Turn off the heat, transfer the candy to a plate and wait for it to cool down.Â
With your hands greased with butter, take portions of the cold candy, shape balls to shape the candies and place them on a plate. - To make the syrup, place the sugar, water and alcohol vinegar in a pan.Â
Stir quickly over medium heat and simmer for about 12 minutes, until slightly yellow and hardened by dropping a little of it in cold water. - Pass the coconut bullets in the hot syrup with the help of a fork and transfer them to a plate or platter.Â
