Gorgonzola terrine is a cold, creamy and elegant appetizer, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  • 100 grams unsweetened whipped cream

  • 200 grams Gorgonzola cheese

  • 150 grams cream cheese

  • Butter-fried pears

  • Walnuts for garnish

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, unsweetened whipped cream, and olive oil. Add the chopped Gorgonzola and mix well.
  • Add the chopped walnuts and mix until smooth and well combined. Divide the mixture among cupcake molds lined with plastic wrap.
  • Cover the terrines with the overhanging plastic wrap, refrigerate, and let them chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  • Unmold the terrines and remove the plastic wrap. Garnish with the butter-fried pears and walnuts to taste. They are now ready to serve.
