Ingredients
4 whole eggs
2 cups of flour (wheat)
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder for cake
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- Put the eggs, yogurt, sugar, oil in a blender and beat well.Â
Gradually add the wheat flour, baking powder and beat a little more to dissolve in the dough.Â
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. - Bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200º₢.Â
