Oatmeal Cake with Banana
With this banana oatmeal cake, breakfast and afternoon snack will be even more delicious moments!
5 ripe bananas
6 Brazil nuts
1 cup of oat flakes or oat flour
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon of chia
- Cut 4 bananas (reserve one) and place in a blender, add the eggs and beat a little.
Add the chopped Brazil nuts, ground cinnamon, oat flakes or oatmeal and mix well.
Then put the chia, the chemical yeast and pulse in the blender to mix.
- Cut the reserved banana into slices and place in a greased shape with oil.
Add the cake batter on top and smooth the surface.
- Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
Then carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Run a knife along the sides of the pan to make it easier to unmold and the oatmeal cake with banana is ready to serve.
