1 whole orange
3 eggs
1 teaspoon (200 ml) oil
2 cups (200 ml) of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
2 cups (200 ml) all-purpose flour

4 tablespoons of orange juice
Directions
- Cake
- Remove the bottom and top of the orange;
- Cut the orange into 4 parts and remove the core (white part) and seeds;
- Chop them into small pieces;
- Add them in a blender;
- Add 3 eggs;
- Add 1 cup of oil;
- Beat until the orange is crushed;
- Add 2 cups of sugar tea;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- In a bowl, add 2 cups of sifted wheat flour tea;
- Add the blender mixture;
- Mix well;
- Add 1 tablespoon of yeast;
- Mix;
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
