Pasta with Cheese
Gather the ingredients and surprise everyone with this irresistible macaroni and cheese!
140 grams of cheddar cheese
150 grams of mozzarella
250 grams spiral pasta
700 ml of milk
1/2 small onion
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
1 teaspoon hot paprika
3 tablespoons of panko flour
3 bay leaves
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
- Place the butter, panko flour, lemon pepper, hot paprika, black pepper and salt to taste in a skillet.
Turn on medium heat, mix well until golden and reserve the farofinha.
- In a pan add milk, bay leaves, 1/2 onion and bring to a boil.
As soon as it boils, discard the seasonings from the milk and add the noodles.
Let it cook in milk until al dente.
- Add the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, mix well while cooking until completely melted, cover with the farofinha and the macaroni and cheese is ready.
