Ingredients

  • 200g of ham

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cut the ham into small cubes and set aside.
  • In a blender, place the mayonnaise, milk cream, garlic and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the chopped ham and beat again until the pate is creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Transfer the pâté to a bowl and serve with bread, toast, crackers or chopped vegetables.
