Put health and flavor on the table with this delicious and practical pineapple juice!

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple

  • 1 glass of water (400 ml)

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • Ice cubes to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Peel the pineapple and chop the fruit. 
    Place in a pan and add water and sugar. 
    Mix and cook for approximately 8 minutes. 
    Reserve to cool. 
    Transfer to a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes, until well blended.
  • Strain the juice into a pitcher using a sieve. 
    Serve the drink in glasses or glasses of your choice, add ice cubes to taste and the pineapple juice is ready.
