Ingredients
1 pineapple
1 glass of water (400 ml)
4 tablespoons of sugar
Ice cubes to taste (optional)
Directions
- Peel the pineapple and chop the fruit.Â
Place in a pan and add water and sugar.Â
Mix and cook for approximately 8 minutes.Â
Reserve to cool.Â
Transfer to a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes, until well blended. - Strain the juice into a pitcher using a sieve.Â
Serve the drink in glasses or glasses of your choice, add ice cubes to taste and the pineapple juice is ready.
