Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream (no whey)
1 cup nest milk powder
1 envelope of colorless unflavored gelatin
4 tablespoons of water (to hydrate the gelatin)
Powdered milk (for garnish)
Directions
- Start by moisturizing the colorless gelatin: in a small bowl, place the 4 tablespoons of water and sprinkle the gelatin on top.Â
Let it rest for a few minutes so that the gelatin absorbs the water. - While the gelatin is moisturizing, you can prepare the rest of the mousse.Â
In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream and powdered milk.Â
Beat until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture. - Then, take the hydrated gelatin to the microwave or to the bain-marie to dissolve.Â
If using the microwave, heat in short 10-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. - Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender mixture and beat again to incorporate.
- Pour the mousse into individual bowls or a larger container, if you prefer.Â
Refrigerate and chill for at least 2 hours, or until mousse is firm. - Before serving, you can decorate the mousse with a little powdered milk sifted on top.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Ninho milk mousse!
