Surprise yourself with the taste of this quinoa salad that looks amazing!
1/2 cup of quinoa (90 grams)
1/2 cup onion (chopped)
1 cup tomato (chopped)
1 cup Japanese cucumber
1 tablespoon of salt
1 and 1/2 cup (320 ml) of water
2 tablespoons of oil
Parsley and chives to taste
1 lemon juice
Black pepper to taste
Olive to taste
- Cook the quinoa in 320 ml for 10 minutes after it boils.
Drain and lightly sauté the quinoa.
In another pan or skillet, sauté the chopped onion with the olive oil, stirring constantly.
- Add the quinoa, grated carrot and mix.
Add the chopped tomato, cucumber, olives, parsley and chives to taste.
- Season with pepper and salt to taste, add the lemon juice and mix well to homogenize.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours before serving if you prefer and the quinoa salad is ready to eat.
