Risotto De Poró Garlic
Garlic risotto is synonymous with a delicious, practical and special-flavored recipe!
160 grams of arborio rice
500 ml vegetable broth
1/5 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of sour cream
Leek to taste
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
- Melt the butter in a skillet or large pan and add the white part of the leek cut into thin slices.
Saute for a few minutes, always stirring well.
- Add the arborio rice and lightly sauté the grains.
Add the white wine, mix well and add part of the vegetable broth.
Add pepper and salt to taste, stir well and let it cook for about 8 minutes.
- Add the rest of the vegetable stock to the rice, mix again and let it cook for another 5 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
- Add the butter, the grated Parmesan cheese, the green part of the finely chopped leek, the cream and mix to homogenize.
Turn off the heat and serve the leek risotto afterwards.
