Practical and delicious, salmon ceviche is very simple to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1 small piece of ginger

  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Remove the skin from the salmon and set aside. 
    Cut the salmon into cubes and place in a bowl.
  • In a food processor or blender, add the lemon juice, olive oil and peeled and chopped ginger. 
    Beat until you get a sauce, add the chopped parsley and beat some more.
  • Pour the sauce over the chopped salmon. 
    Add the red onion sliced ​​in half moon and mix well. 
    Add the black pepper, olive oil and salt to taste and mix more.
  • Transfer the salmon ceviche to a glass or other container of your choice. 
    Fry the salmon skin in a little oil until crispy and add to ceviche if you prefer, as well as sweet potato chips.
