Learn how to make a salmon ceviche that is irresistible!
Practical and delicious, salmon ceviche is very simple to prepare!
2 salmon fillets
1 small red onion
1 small piece of ginger
1 bunch of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of oil
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
- Remove the skin from the salmon and set aside.
Cut the salmon into cubes and place in a bowl.
- In a food processor or blender, add the lemon juice, olive oil and peeled and chopped ginger.
Beat until you get a sauce, add the chopped parsley and beat some more.
- Pour the sauce over the chopped salmon.
Add the red onion sliced in half moon and mix well.
Add the black pepper, olive oil and salt to taste and mix more.
- Transfer the salmon ceviche to a glass or other container of your choice.
Fry the salmon skin in a little oil until crispy and add to ceviche if you prefer, as well as sweet potato chips.
