Ingredients
3 cans of sardines
Duet 200g (corn and pea)
3 medium carrots (300g)
Olives to taste (50g) ¼ cup of tea
200g of mayonnaise
200g of cottage cheese
Green chili 2 tbsp (I used cilantro)
2 packages of bread (I used 1 and 1/2)
salt to taste
200g mayonnaise (topping)
Raisins (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 cans of sardines;
- Knead them;
- Add Dueto 200g (corn and pea);
- Add 3 medium carrots (300g);
- Add Olive to taste (50g) ¼ cup of tea;
- Add 200g of mayonnaise;
- Add 200g of curd;
- Add green smell 2 tbsp (I used cilantro);
- Add a pinch of salt;
- Mix well;
- Divide the stuffing into 3 different parts;
- Line a shape with a plastic bag;
- Add 1 layer of crustless bread;
- Add 1 layer of stuffing and spread;
- Repeat the process until you run out of stuffing and finish with the breads;
- Cover with plastic;
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes;
- Transfer the cake to a cutting board;
- Add mayonnaise all over the cake;
- Add potato straw on the sides;
- Decorate the top with whatever you want (grated carrots, cherry tomatoes, olives…)!
