In a recent interview with Collider on the occasion of the promotion of Azraelthe actress explained which horror franchise she would like to participate in:

“Nightmare On Elm Street. I can do it. Unless Billie Eilish gets the role now.”

The latter was an inside joke, since the makers of Azrael They wanted to include the singer-songwriter in the film.

The horror classic Wes Craven celebrates its 40th anniversary of launch this year. At the moment there are no plans for the return of Freddy Krueger. The rights to the franchise are held by the estate of Craven, who died in 2015 from brain cancer.

Craven, the master of modern horror, created a timeless icon that remains the standard bearer of horror. In the original installment, Nancy (Heather Langenkamp) has horrible nightmares.
