Ingredients
1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil
1 piece chopped onion
1/2 piece chopped yellow pepper
Peas 1 can (200g)
Green corn 1 can (200g)
Sardines 2 cans (160g)
parsley to taste
Tomato sauce 1 can (340g)
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Water 2 cups (480 mL)
Corn flour 2 ½ cups (250g)

Directions
- Grease a form with oil;
- In a pan, add 1/3 cup (80 mL) Olive Oil;
- Add chopped onion 1 unit;
- Let it start to brown;
- Add 1/2 piece chopped yellow pepper;
- Add Pea 1 can (200g);
- Add Green Corn 1 can (200g);
- Add Sardine 2 cans (160g);
- Add parsley to taste;
- Add tomato sauce 1 can (340g);
- Mix;
- Add salt and pepper to taste;
- Add Water 2 cups (480 mL);
- Mix;
- When bubbles start to form, add 2 ½ cups (250g) Corn Flour little by little while mixing;
- Leave on the fire for another 2 minutes;
- Turn off the fire;
- Decoration
- Add tomatoes, sardines, corn, peas and eggs in the pan;
- Add the couscous and mash/press;
- Add the decoration on the sides and finish with the couscous;
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours;
- Your couscous from São Paulo is ready!
