Ingredients
3 cups of flour (wheat)
3 cups of water (tea)
3 whole eggs
1 kg of sausage
1 cup (tea) of oil
1 small onion chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- Place the eggs, oil and water in a blender and blend well.
Gradually add the salt and wheat flour while the blender beats the ingredients. - Transfer the dough to a container, add the yeast and mix well to homogenize.
Then add the sausages cut into slices or the way you prefer.
Add the chopped onion and mix well. - Grease a mobile baking sheet with a little oil, or on a regular baking sheet greased with butter and flour.
Pour the dough and bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 30 to 40 minutes. - Remove the sausage pie from the oven and let it cool down a bit.
Unmold, cut into slices of your choice and the recipe is ready to eat.
