Simple Corn Cake

8 tablespoons of cornmeal
6 ears of corn
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 cup(s) whole milk
1 box of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of cake yeast
- Remove the corns from the cobs with a knife and transfer to a blender.
Add the milk, eggs, oil, condensed milk, cornmeal and yeast.
Beat for 3 minutes at maximum speed and transfer the dough to a greased and infarinhada shape.
- Bake the cake for approximately 50 minutes in the oven preheated to 250º₢, or until it is well baked inside and lightly golden on the outside.
- Carefully remove the corn cake from the oven, wait for it to cool before unmolding and the recipe is ready to be served.
