With simple ingredients and easy preparation, this spinach cupcake will conquer you!

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 bunch of chopped spinach

  • 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley

  • 1 small onion chopped

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Add the chopped egg, spinach, parsley and onion in a bowl. 
    Mix a little, add the wheat flour and milk. 
    Mix some more. 
    Add the yeast, salt to taste, grated Parmesan cheese and mix until homogenized.
  • Preheat oil in a pan or skillet and carefully scoop out portions of the dough with a spoon. 
    Fry and turn the dumplings so that both sides brown evenly.
  • Remove the spinach balls with a slotted spoon, transfer them to a plate or plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil, and the recipe is ready to serve.
