1/2 bunch of chopped spinach
1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
1 small onion chopped
1 cup (tea) milk
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
- Add the chopped egg, spinach, parsley and onion in a bowl.
Mix a little, add the wheat flour and milk.
