Ingredients
300 grams of chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons of vinegar
100 grams of sugar
750 ml of vodka
Directions
- Wash the strawberries under running water, including the leaves and surface. Cover them with filtered water, add the vinegar, and let them soak for 10 minutes. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
- Remove the tops and leaves. Cut the strawberries into small pieces, place them in a large sterilized glass jar, and add the vodka.

- Seal the jar and store it in a cool, well-ventilated place away from sunlight. Let the mixture infuse for 5 days, then add the sugar and mix well.
- Seal the jar again, tightening the lid firmly to prevent the alcohol from evaporating. Let it infuse for another 15 days in a cool, well-ventilated place away from sunlight.

- After 15 days, strain the mixture, discard the strawberries, and transfer only the liquid to a sterilized glass bottle with a lid.
- Keep the strawberry liqueur refrigerated when not being consumed. It is now ready to drink.
