Ingredients

  • 250 grams of fresh cream

  • 2 packs of breath

  • 2 boxes of strawberry

  • Chocolate sticks for decoration

  • 6 cubed strawberries

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1/4 cup (tea) of water

Directions

  • In a pan on low heat add the sugar and as soon as it melts add almost all the chopped strawberries from the 2 boxes. 
    Mix well, add some ice water and mix until it boils. 
    Cook until completely melted and the strawberries fall apart. 
    Turn off the heat and set aside.
  • Beat the cream in a mixer until it forms a snow point, about 5 minutes. 
    Decorate the sides of a container with sliced ​​strawberries and put some of the whipped cream in the bottom for the first layer.
  • Put some broken meringue on top, then more whipped cream, then more strawberries. 
    Make another layer of broken sighs and then another layer of whipped cream.
  • Pour some of the strawberry syrup on top, decorate the dessert with strawberries, whole meringues and chocolate sticks.
