Sweet potato gnocchi
Flavor and simplicity are guaranteed with this sweet potato gnocchi!
800 grams of sweet potatoes (about 4 potatoes)
8 to 10 tablespoons of starch (or until done)
2 tablespoons olive oil or other vegetable oil
Seasonings to taste
Black pepper to taste
salt to taste
- Place the potatoes in a pressure cooker, cover with water, cover and bring to a boil.
Cook for 10 minutes after getting pressure.
- Mash the boiled potatoes well on a plate.
Then add the olive oil or other oil, seasonings, black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix very well, add cornstarch until you get the point and stir until the mass is homogenized.
- Roll the dough into rolls on a smooth, floured surface.
Cut the gnocchi and place them one by one in boiling water.
Remove them with a slotted spoon as soon as they float.
- Transfer the sweet potato gnocchi to a platter, add your favorite sauce on top and the recipe is ready to serve.
