250 ml of sake
250ml de shoyu
250 grams of sugar
3 slices of ginger
- Add the soy sauce, sugar and sake in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and when it comes to a boil, add the ginger and cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
until the mixture reduces and becomes denser.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a container.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours and the tarte sauce is ready to use.
