Surprise yourself with how easy it is to prepare tarê sauce in your kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 250 ml of sake

  • 250ml de shoyu

  • 250 grams of sugar

  • 3 slices of ginger

Directions

  • Add the soy sauce, sugar and sake in a saucepan. 
    Bring to a boil and when it comes to a boil, add the ginger and cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
    until the mixture reduces and becomes denser.
  • Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a container. 
    Leave it in the fridge for a few hours and the tarte sauce is ready to use.
