THALA «Curtain Call» – born in Germany, grew up in Canada and now lives in London, that is the singer THALA. She has released a new single and EP («In Theory Depression») on which she plays atmospheric melancholic indie rock with a 90’s flair, which is especially good in the late evening hours.
Bray me «Cynthia» (Sincere) – Musically, this Japanese band isn’t that far off the mark. The song is also melancholic and has typical Japanese chord progressions, which I now really appreciate.
