¾ cup (tea) unsalted butter or 150 grams or margarine
¾ cup (tea) of refined sugar or 132 grams
1 and ½ cup. (tea) of wheat flour or 206 grams
1 tablespoon of baking powder or 14 grams
6 tablespoons of milk or 78 grams
3 egg whites or 100 grams
6 tablespoons of soft granulated chocolate or 72 grams
Directions
- In a mixer, add 3 egg yolks or 51 grams;
- Add ¾ cup. (tea) unsalted butter or 150 grams or margarine;
- Add ¾ cup. (tea) of refined sugar or 132 grams;
- Beat for 10 minutes;
- Add 1 and ½ cup. (tea) of wheat flour or 206 grams;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder or 14 grams;
- Add 6 tablespoons of milk or 78 grams;
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Add the snow whites;
- Mix well;
- Add 6 tablespoons of soft granulated chocolate or 72 grams;
- Mix well;
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured baking dish;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
- Your tingling cake is ready!
