For your low carb zucchini lasagna to be perfect, use the ingredients list below to follow the instructions on how to prepare it.


  • 1 large zucchini

  • 300g of minced meat

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 grated onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 340g of tomato sauce

  • 200g of mozzarella

  • salt, pepper, paprika for seasoning

  • chives to taste


  • In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Add 1 grated onion;
  • Let it brown;
  • Add 3 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Saute for 1 minute;
  • Add 300g of ground beef;
  • Cook a little;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add paprika to taste;
  • Add chopped olives to taste (optional);
  • Add 1 chopped tomato;
  • Add 340g of tomato sauce;
  • Mix;
  • Add 100ml of water;
  • Let it cook a little;
  • Cut a zucchini into slices;
  • Add 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan;
  • Brown the zucchini slices on both sides;
  • In a refractory, add 1 layer of sauce;
  • Add 1 layer of zucchini;
  • Add 1 layer of mozzarella cheese;
  • Repeat the process until you finish with the ingredients;
  • Finish with cheese;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes;
  • Add chives to taste;
