These almond flour pancakes are soft, tender, and packed with wholesome flavor. With a slightly sweet, buttery taste and delicate texture, they’re a healthy upgrade that feels indulgent with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk (or almond milk)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Butter or oil (for cooking)

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour small portions of batter (about 2–3 tbsp each) into the pan.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form and edges set, then carefully flip.
