Ingredients
2 Tommy mangoes (flesh cut into cubes)
395g sweetened condensed milk
200g heavy cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, add the mango flesh, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice.
- Cover and blend until the mango pieces are fully broken down and the mixture becomes smooth.

- Divide the mixture into dessert cups, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Decorate the mousse with small pieces of mango to taste, and it’s ready to serve.
