The passion fruit mousse in this recipe is a light, classic, elegant, and very flavorful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of passion fruit juice (about 4 passion fruits)

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 can of heavy cream

  • 100 ml of water

Directions

  • In a blender, add the passion fruit pulp and the water, and blend well.
  • Strain the passion fruit juice back into the blender and discard the seeds.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk and the heavy cream to the blender with the strained juice.
  • Blend for about 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer to a container or serving cups and refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
  • Garnish the mousse with passion fruit pulp, and it’s ready to serve.
